Graficomp value our clients’ needs of having those perfect prints. From time to time there are faults on Print heads. PLEASE NOTE HP RETURNS ARE 1 YEAR OR 1 LITRE OF INK USED. DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE DUE TO MECHANICAL OR PAPER JAMS.

INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO CALL UP A REPORT ON YOUR PRINTER FOR FAULTY PRINTHEADS

  2. TYPE IN IP ADDRESS OF PRINTER
  3. GO TO SUPPORT
  4. GO TO SERVICE REPORT
  5. GO TO PRINTER INFO TAB

THE FOLLOWING REPORT WILL COME UP: CURRENT SUBSTRATE PRINTHEAD & INK INFORMATION (1 OF 2)

When you Right Click select all and choose Print or Save the document

Graficomp Returns Policy on DesignJet Printers

Due to the specialised nature of these printers returns and refunds are subject to a restocking fee on condition that they are still in a sealed box, in their original packaging.

The printers will also need to be returned to our offices for inspection purposes.

All printers, if returned within 7 days of purchase, will carry a 25% handling and restocking fee.

Printers that have been opened and or engaged cannot be returned.

We will not allow returns on any specialised non-stocked items that were specifically ordered into the country for a client, unless damaged or broken, as we cannot return those units.

If a deal was not qualified by a Graficomp salesperson we will also not accept returns on goods purchased.
