Warranty Terms and Conditions (Latex)

  1. Standard Warranty Coverage
    The printer is supplied with a one-year onsite warranty, which includes both parts and labour. This coverage is limited to locations within a 50-kilometre radius of any of our three branches. Service requests for locations beyond this radius will incur additional travel charges, which will be quoted separately.
  2. Out-of-Box Failures (OBF)
    All printers experiencing out-of-box failures will be repaired onsite. As these are classified as industrial equipment, they are not subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). In accordance with HP’s Terms and Conditions, replacement units will not be provided. Faulty units must be repaired onsite by an authorised HP engineer.
  3. Call-Out Charges Due to Site Readiness
    Any subsequent call-out requested due to a site being unprepared or otherwise unsuitable for installation or operation will be subject to an additional call-out fee.
  4. Warranty Exclusions
    Media head crashes are expressly excluded from warranty coverage.
  5. Printhead Warranty (Latex)
    Printheads are warranted until either the “End of Warranty” date printed on the printhead is reached, or until 1,000ml of ink has been cycled through the printhead—whichever occurs first.

Warranty Terms and Conditions (PL30)

Prices exclude 15% VAT and are valid for 7 days, unless otherwise stated. Due to Rand/US Dollar fluctuations, pricing is subject to confirmation on order and may change without notice. Payment for all hardware stock is due before delivery. Risk transfers to the purchaser upon receipt, including loss, damage, or theft. Ownership remains with Graficomp CC until full payment is received.
Incorrectly ordered printers: All returns will be subject to our discretion. If we do facilitate a return it will be subject to a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee. Returns will also only accepted if units are unopened, has not been engaged, and in original packaging, and subject to inspection before payment is refunded. Dealers must ensure all product specifications of their clients are properly confirmed prior to ordering.
